How Our Welding Works
Every job starts with Luis looking at the part or a few photos and talking through what failed. A clean weld depends on what the metal is and why it broke, not just filling the crack. Rust, paint, and old weld are ground off to bare metal, the pieces are fit and clamped, and the repair is welded and checked.
Step 1: Send Photos
Call or text photos of the damage. He’ll tell you whether it’s repairable and give you a price.
Step 2: Prep and Fit
The area is cleaned to bare metal, cracks are ground out, and parts are aligned and clamped so the repair goes back true.
Step 3: Weld, Check, and Hand Back
The repair is welded, cleaned up, and checked before you get it back. If it’s on a gate or trailer, we test that it opens, closes, or hitches the way it should.
